Erika is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer, champion fitness competitor, and master coach.  She has over 20 years of experience in sports coaching, athletics, and fitness.  She specializes in strength training and fitness makeovers.

Erika’s most successful clients are highly motivated to transform their bodies and they dedicate 3 to 12 months of training with 2 to 5 workouts per week.  They want to look sexy, feel great in their clothes, and love what they see in the mirror.  They are ready to commit to a program and themselves.  They want results, and they are ready to put in the sweat equity and the discipline to realize their goals.
